HOW DO I PLACE ANÂ ORDER?
We've put a step-by-step guide on the page with our price list. It's best if you complete this process using the contact form. There are lots of links on the price list page which take you there
DO YOU DELIVER?
As a small business we are usually collection only. There are occasions where we may, under special circumstances, agree to deliver but this is in a very local area and subject to availability.
HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Payment is taken at the time of ordering by bank transfer. As part of our Covid Secure measures, we can only accept cash if it's in a sealed plastic bag and in the correct amount. No change is given.
ARE YOU ABLE TO POST MY ORDER TO ME?
We would love to be able to post them out but it's almost certain that your delicate bouquet would end up arriving squished.
I SEE THE BOUQUETS ARE AVAILABLE IN SET NUMBERS SUCH AS 3, 7 OR 10. WHY CAN'T I CHOOSE MY OWN NUMBER OF CAKES IN A BOUQUET?
This all comes down to the way the bouquets are constructed. Only certain numbers work in making the shape of the bouquet.
CAN I PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER?
Absolutely yes! If there's something you're looking for but can't find it on our website, use the contact form and we'll be happy to discuss your requirements.
WHAT FLAVOURS ARE THE SPONGE CAKES?
There's a choice of vanilla or chocolate.
WHAT FLAVOUR BUTTERCREAMÂ CAN I CHOOSE?
We currently offer a choice of vanilla, strawberry, salted caramel or lemon. We also offer chocolate buttercream as an option on our boxed cupcakes.
CAN I MIX THE FLAVOURS IN A BOUQUET?
Each buttercream batch is made freshly for your order in ONE flavour to ensure the best quality and freshness. We can offer TWO flavours if the bouquet order size is 24 or over.
HOW LONG DO THE CUPCAKES LAST?
It depends on how good your self-restraint is :)
We recommend that they are best on day of purchase, but up to three days at room temperature in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. We recommend avoiding refrigeration as this may dry them out.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?
It's something we'd like to offer and maybe in the future, but we don't currently offer a gluten-free option. As we're a small home-based business, unfortunately we just don't have the necessary space to set aside for the preparation of gluten-free products. All our products come with an allergen advice label.
